Properties We've Sold

We were engaged with a highly professional Brock Delappe team when buying our first home. Sean and Megan were extremely efficient, helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend the team for any buyers in a similar position.

I have been delighted with the service I have received from Karl O’Reilly, and his team at Brock Delappe. He has guided me in all aspects of letting, allayed any worries, acted with great efficiency and was a pleasure to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and Team Brock Delappe to anyone.

Brock Delappe managed the rental of my apartment for 3 years and I found the service excellent. Broke Delappe then managed the sale of my apartment. I got excellent advice from Sean and his team throughout the whole process. I would 100% recommend Brock Delappe.

What a company! I have used BrockDeLappe for 5 years as letting and then selling agents of my house. Our selling agent Seán, guided us through the sales process with grace and professionalism. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone with a home to sell or rent.

Sean and Taylor were excellent in guiding me through the varies stages of sale.
I achieved a peace of mind sale , with all the stress of selling removed.

From Day 1 when we consulted BDL for a valuation and were visited by Sean, we could not have wished or hoped for a better service. I highly recommend them and it is no surprise at all that they are the no. 1 sales agents in the Kilmainham and Inchicore area.
