David set up Brock Delappe in 2004 with Kevin Delappe. David’s background is in residential property and he holds an honours degree in Property Economics and is a member of the RICS. David’s constantly striving to develop the business in response to an ever changing market.
Together with David Brock, Kevin has been with the company since its inception. He is responsible for client relations and his speciality is in portfolio management. Kevin has successfully turned around many poorly performing tenancies into profitable well managed portfolios.
Sean is our senior sales negotiator and has been with us since 2005. With almost 20 years’ experience, Sean has developed into a very accomplished negotiator, with all the skills required to ensure your property achieves the highest possible price.
Karl is our lettings manager and has been with Brock Delappe since 2006. His background is in business to business sales and he has excellent interpersonal skills. Karl has an unrivalled knowledge of the lettings market and we consider his advice invaluable.
Megan is our property sales co-ordinator and ensures the smooth running of each sale. Megan co-ordinates everything from compliance and marketing through to closure, keeping buyers and sellers updated at every juncture.
Eoin holds a higher certificate in real estate administration from Athlone IT. As property manager he carries out a very important role in our letting and management service. The efficiency and attention to detail he applies to the job ensure the smooth changeover of tenancies.
Elaine oversees our letting department, ensuring everything run smoothly. Elaine has worked in a number of roles within the company and is responsible for implementing many of our processes. Elaine is a perfectionist and is always striving to improve our offering and grow our business.
Catriona (MIATI) heads up our accounts department and is a full member of the Accounting Technicians of Ireland. She has a position of huge responsibility and her meticulous nature ensures the smooth running of all our landlord portfolio’s.
Hannah has worked in a number of roles within the company. Her rounded experience is a real asset to accounts department, allowing issues to be quickly resolved. Hannah works efficiently to ensure our clients’ portfolios are performing.
Joyce has a strong background in banking and customer service. Joyce is a real people person and her customer service skills are a huge asset to our staff and our clients alike.
Niamh holds a Diploma in Business Management and has 20 years office experience. She is skilled in prioritising and completing tasks efficiently and effectively. She’s responsible for all rent reviews, ensuring the correct procedures are followed and landlords are notified.
Maria has over 15 years property management experience in the Middle East. With all of this experience coupled with her organisational skills, we are lucky to have her as part of our team.
Eddie is in his second year of the Property Services Apprenticeship in Ballsbridge. As part of his experience, he has moved across to the sales team. He is enjoying working with buyers and is excelling in the role.
Taylor is in her second year of the Auctioneering and Property Services Apprenticeship. She is passionate about property and with her enthusiasm, she is a real asset to our team.
John, our property manager is a problem solver and real people person. He is there to assist both landlords and tenants with any complex maintenance issues. John is a keen golfer who is a former winner of the Irish Times Fantasy Golf Competition.
Leigha manages our busy maintenance department, constantly liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure our clients get the most efficient and cost effect maintenance solutions. Leigha has a background in breakdown assist and brings all of these skills to her role.
Chelsey, who runs our reception is friendly and outgoing. Chelsey holds a law degree and with these skills, she is an excellent problem solver. She enjoys working as part of a team and is always on hand to ensure all enquiries are handled.
