Brock DeLappe, established in 2004, is a specialist residential estate agency. We offer a high quality sales service and a comprehensive letting and management package. Over the years we have adapted and innovated to meet the needs and expectations of our clients. This innovative approach ensures we are constantly striving to add value.

We have offices located in Dublin 7 and Dublin 8, with 15 staff, each with specific skills and responsibilities, all working together to deliver a client focused service. We’re friendly and accommodating and always available to handle your questions and concerns.

Meet Our Team

David Brock Director

David set up Brock Delappe in 2004 with Kevin Delappe. David’s background is in residential property and he holds an honours degree in Property Economics and is a member of the RICS. David’s constantly striving to develop the business in response an ever changing market.

Kevin

Kevin Delappe Director

Together with David Brock, Kevin has been with the company since its inception. He is responsible for client relations and his speciality is in portfolio management. Kevin has successfully turned around many poorly performing tenancies into profitable well managed portfolios.

Sean Mckeogh Sales Negotiator

Sean is our senior sales negotiator and has been with us since 2005. With 15 years’ experience, Sean has developed into a very accomplished negotiator, with all the skills required to ensure your property achieves the highest possible price.

Karl

Karl O’reilly Lettings Negotiator

Karl is our lettings manager and has been with Brock Delappe since 2006. His background is in business to business sales and he has excellent interpersonal skills. Karl has an unrivalled knowledge of the lettings market and we consider his advice invaluable.

Hannah

Hannah Farrell Sales Negotiator

Hannah has achieved an honours degree in Property Economics. She handles most of our sales on the Northside of the city and has extensive knowledge of the Dublin 7 sales market. Hannah is a highly skilled negotiator who achieves market beating prices for our vendors.

Brittany

Brittany McGrath Sales Co-ordinator

Brittany makes our sales department tick from arranging viewing’s to updating vendors and purchasers. Brittany has extensive experience working for various law firms & her knowledge is a real asset when closing sales. Her positive attitude acts as an antidote in what can be a stressful experience.

Hannah Holmes Maintenance Co-ordinator

Hannah has one of the most challenging jobs in the company and does in an calm and efficient manner. Hannah calm and patient nature helps diffuse contentious situations. She understands the needs and expectations of our clients and ensures the service we provide meets these.

Elaine

Elaine Cutchey Lettings Manager

Elaine makes sure the changeover of all of our tenancy’s is done is an organised, efficient manner. She is a perfectionist and gets real satisfaction from ensuring that files are completed in a timely fashion; landlords aren’t waiting for their funds and tenants deposit refunds aren’t delayed.

Niamh Kearney

Niamh Kearney Property Administrator

Niamh holds and Diploma in Business Management and has 20 years office experience. Niamh is skilled in prioritizing and completing tasks efficiently and effectively. She is responsible for all rent reviews, which she does in systematic fashion ensuring the correct procedures are followed and landlords are notified.

Catriona Flanagan Accounts Administration

Catriona (MIATI) heads up our accounts department and is a full member of the Accounting Technicians of Ireland.  She has a position of huge responsibility and her meticulous nature ensures the smooth running of all our landlord portfolio’s.

Mercy

Mercy Awogboro Accounts Administrator

Mercy hold an Accounting and Finance Degree from Tallaght IT. Mercy is a numbers person whose process driven approach is ideal for in her role. She ensures our clients rents are processed in a timely fashion and is responsive to any of their queries.

Jack

Jack Bailey Junior Negotiator

Jack is currently completing his apprenticeship in Auctioneering and Property Services. Jack’s passions in life are property and history. He brings his passion to work every day and is responsive to all viewers queries and requests.

Ann Albericci Accounts Administration

Ann is responsible for credit management and rent collection.  She holds a Level 7 in Accounts & Administration and has a wide breath of experience.  Her pleasant manner and positive disposition are ideal for what can sometimes be a contentious job.
