Brock DeLappe, established in 2004, is a specialist residential estate agency. We offer a high quality sales service and a comprehensive letting and management package. Over the years we have adapted and innovated to meet the needs and expectations of our clients. This innovative approach ensures we are constantly striving to add value.

We have offices located in Dublin 7 and Dublin 8, with 15 staff, each with specific skills and responsibilities, all working together to deliver a client focused service. We’re friendly and accommodating and always available to handle your questions and concerns.

Meet Our Team

David Brock Director

David set up Brock Delappe in 2004 with Kevin Delappe. David’s background is in residential property and he holds an honours degree in Property Economics and is a member of the RICS. David’s constantly striving to develop the business in response an ever changing market.


Kevin Delappe Director

Together with David Brock, Kevin has been with the company since its inception. He is responsible for client relations and his speciality is in portfolio management. Kevin has successfully turned around many poorly performing tenancies into profitable well managed portfolios.

Sean Mckeogh Sales Negotiator

Sean is our senior sales negotiator and has been with us since 2005. With 15 years’ experience, Sean has developed into a very accomplished negotiator, with all the skills required to ensure your property achieves the highest possible price.

Karl O'Reilly

Karl O’Reilly Lettings Manager

Karl is our lettings manager and has been with Brock Delappe since 2006. His background is in business to business sales and he has excellent interpersonal skills. Karl has an unrivalled knowledge of the lettings market and we consider his advice invaluable.


Elaine Cutchey Administration Manager

Elaine makes sure the changeover of all of our tenancy’s is done is an organised, efficient manner. She is a perfectionist and gets real satisfaction from ensuring that files are completed in a timely fashion; landlords aren’t waiting for their funds and tenants deposit refunds aren’t delayed.

Catriona Flanagan Accounts Administration

Catriona (MIATI) heads up our accounts department and is a full member of the Accounting Technicians of Ireland.  She has a position of huge responsibility and her meticulous nature ensures the smooth running of all our landlord portfolio’s.

Hannah Holmes Accounts Administrator

Hannah has recently taken up a role in our accounts department. She has been with the company for some time and her skills are well suited to the precise nature of accounting. Hannah works efficiently to ensure our clients’ portfolios are performing.


Joyce Walsh Accounts Administrator

Joyce is the newest member of our accounts team and has a strong background in banking and customer service. Joyce is a real people person and her skills are a huge asset to our staff and our clients alike.

Megan Doyle Maintenance Co-Ordinator

Megan manages our busy maintenance department, constantly liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure our clients get the most efficient and cost effect maintenance solutions.  She has a background in the hospitality industry where customer service standards are high.  Megan brings these high standards to her role and is passionate about what she does.

Niamh Kearney

Niamh Kearney Property Administrator

Niamh holds a Diploma in Business Management and has 20 years office experience. She is skilled in prioritising and completing tasks efficiently and effectively. She’s responsible for all rent reviews, ensuring the correct procedures are followed and landlords are notified.

Eoin Doyle

Eoin Doyle Property Manager

Eoin holds a higher certificate in real estate administration from Athlone IT. As property manager he carries out a very important role in our letting and management service. The efficiency and attention to detail he applies to the job ensure the smooth changeover of tenancies.

Eddie Luca

Eddie Luca Junior Property Manager

Eddie is doing the Property Services Apprenticeship in Ballsbridge College.  He is responsible for property inspections between tenancies.  He has a background in construction and a passion for property.

Nicole Grendon Maintenance Administrator

Nicole is part of our maintenance team and ensures the smooth running of all maintenance issues.  Nicole has a background in customer service and brings all of these skills to her role.
